Who We Are

Bird swims in waterGautier has a council-manager form of government. We are led by Mayor Casey Vaughan and a City Council consisting of Adam Colledge (At-Large), Cameron George (Ward 1), Richard Jackson (Ward 2), Gordon T. Gollott (Ward 3), Rusty Anderson (Ward 4), and Dante Elbin (Ward 5). Our city manager is Paula Yancey.

Under our form of government, the mayor and council set the overall goals and budget for the city, but the day-to-day City operations are handled by the city manager.
