Smoke Testing
The City of Gautier Public Works Department will be conducting Smoke Test of the sewer system for the next 2 weeks at the following locations:
Suter Road
De La Pointe Drive
and
Oak Street
This will take place on the North side of Highway 90. We will be putting hangers on doors to make residents and busineses aware of the testing. If you have any questions please call 497-4283.

Update:
Results of Smoke Testing 1/27/2010 thru 2/1/2010
On 1/27/2010 we began Smoke Testing the areas highlighted in green on the link below. Please click on the link to see the areas included in this test.
The results of this testing showed that in the case of 28 homes/ businesses the cleanout was broken. These cleanouts have been repaired or replaced by the Water and Sewer Department.

 On 2/1/2010 we began Smoke Testing the areas highlighted in green on the link below. Please click on the link to see the areas included in this test.
Testing will continue in this area. The result of this testing showed that in the case of 23 homes/businesses the clean out was broken. These clean outs have been repaired or replaced by the Water and Sewer Department.
