Gautier Municipal Court

Hours of Operation: The court office is open during normal business hours which are 8:00 a.m. t0 5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).

The Gautier Municipal Court begins at 1:00 p.m. every Monday (excluding holiday weeks). You must be present at that time to avoid delay in your case or a warrant being issued for your arrest.

Driving Class: We offer two driving classes, one for juveniles and one for adults.

The Juvenile Driving Class: This is available to those who are under the age of 21 and have only had one ticket. You must bring your parent or guardian with you to court. A class will be assigned to you along with the price and location on your court date. Please be prepared to schedule your class at that time. No changes in your class date will take place after your court date.

Adult Driving Class: This is available to those who are over the age of 21. The stipulations that you qualify for this class are that you must pay the price of the ticket and an additional fee of $10.00 to the State of Mississippi. The  class date and time will be assigned to you at that time. No changes in your class date will take place after your court date.

Payments: Payments can be made in person and by mail. In the future we will be taking payments via the web page. If you pay in person you must pay with money order, Visa, MasterCard or cash.
