This is a mini-grant
program intended to spruce up, replace or create entrance signs for our various communities throughout Gautier.

Two different signs are avaible; one is a sandblasted multi-level sgn and the other is a fat MDO pywood sign. 4X4 and 4X6 Posts are available for installation of the signs.

As a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking,
cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling
boil of one minute is sufficient.

This “Precautionary Boil Water Notice” will remain in effect until
the problem has been corrected and bacteriological survey shows that the water
is safe to drink.

If you have any questions, you may contact Public Works Department,
Water & Sewer Division at (228) 497-8031.

Open pit fires are only allowed for cooking purposes. Contact the Fire Marshal’s office for permission to have bonfires.  This is not a Fire Safety issue, it is an air quality issue as per Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality. Contact the Fire Marshal’s office if you have any questions.
